Went in a short board comp on the weekend. First time I've been on a short board for about 3 weeks. Came 2nd in my heat and 3rd in my final. YEAH

Doesn't look like there is going to be a comp 2morrow. If not, dad and i are going on a trip to Lorne. Should be the cleanest wave around. might cya there.

This morning Dad and i went down to Raafs. There was some clean lefts and rights to be ridden. The sun was out and it was a great morning. Dad took a few pics. Tim came out for a few, trying his fin first take offs

The weekend

Drove up to Lorne Saturday morning, it was terrible. Dad and i ended up having a lousy surf at the grove. we were desperate, we hadn't surfed for a week. We had a fun surf at Boings that afternoon. There's a nice left there at the moment.
Sunday morning had a okay surf at the grove. Dad and i are going to Boings later this arvo.

Also happy birthday to Chaddy Mac who's turned 27 today. I can't wait till i'm 13!!!!!

No surf!!!!

It's a bad week for the surf, there is going to be southerly winds everyday up until Saturday. Lorne won't be clean because of the south east. But i guess this is what happens at this time of the year.

Saturday morning, Lorne was around 2 ft and some fun.The east wind was getting to it a but the wave faces kept clean. There were about 50 paddle boarders out,boards were flying everywhere. i was having some fun on a little left to the left of the club. The point wasn't working because of the high tide, I don't know if it worked later on. Hopefully the surf will turn on tomorrow,it's the last day of school holidays.They go too quickly.
