I went to see the board that Jordan and Sean are making for me at NOTE Surfboards today. It looks sweet. Can't wait until it's ready. Nice guys, stoked to be riding their boards.

Perfect possos

Possos has been smokin this week. Dad and I have been down there every day except for Thursday. Dad's been taking a few photos this week and he's got a few good ones too. Dad says sorry for the blurry ones.

Posca markers.

Today i picked a couple of Posca markers to do some cool art on my surfboards. I'm starting off by practising on my old and broken boards. They're really thick and are water resistant. The only down side to them is the are quite pricey. There are 3 sizes. The small ones are $4.80, the medium ones are $5.60 and the big ones are $7.20. I got the medium ones, blue and red. When i get better at my art I'll do it on my boards i actually ride.

Possos is looking the goods from Monday to Thursday. NW winds and ranging from 2 to 4 foot. might see you there. in the mornings only though as i have school.

The Wahu shortboard comp.

I competed in the Wahu short board comp today. I had to surf a heat, a semi then a final. I came 2ND in my heat, 2ND in my semi then i finished off with a 4Th out of 5 in my final. The surf was clean but unbelievably small. I rode my Dad's thick 6,1 mod squad. It helped me a bit in the small conditions. It was a really fun day.

Soul comp

The comp was held at Boings this week. It was small which is ideal for me. There was some nice clean waves coming through early in the morning but then the wind started to chop it up,the low tide wasn't helping either. Once again i had a pretty full day entering the trad, juniors and open A.I bombed out in my open heat and the others were both straight finals. I won the trad and juniors which i was pretty stoked about. We then finished the day with a nice presentation with a silent auction. Myles and i were battling for the same tee shirt and i won at $40.10 as he went home. This was the last comp of the year, although we are having a comp to try out something new. The points will not go towards the end of year score though.

Will the comp be on????

Doesn't look like there is going to be a comp on the weekend.The swell is extremely small. I don't know if that's good for me or not. I guess we will see at the end of year presentation.

Yestin Griffiths 'Ankles Papps' has made a couple of movies for me, thanks heaps Yestin. Thanks also to Scott Wintle and Andrew Brown for still photos. There's a cool backing soundtrack on them but we cant seem to get it to work when we put it on my blog. If anyone knows how,maybe let me know.

Happy Birthday to my dad, Lee Considine

My dad turned 48 today. He got the day off work too because of Melbourne Cup. We had a surf at possoes this morning too. It was Really fun. Only 2 and a half foot but had a nice shape on them. Us loggers don't need big waves anyway.

I'm gonna be gettin on Jordan Noble's boards soon. Thanks jordan, i'm STOKED......

I just spent a week in NSW at the HPC camp. Really great experience. There were some great Juniors up there. They taught me how to do HP stuff, I'm still working it out but it's still all about loggin for me.
